I am a binge series watcher on Netflix, and I’m not ashamed to say it. The majority of series on Netflix I have probably seen. I spend most of my spare time binge watching new series that appear on Netflix. I mean, in one weekend I could definitely complete a two season, 13 episoder, easily (please don’t judge). So I like to think of myself as well educated on Netflix’s own array of series, thought I would share my thoughts on a few of my absolute favourites! View Post
So a couple of weeks ago, my boyfriend and I went on a little weekend retreat to Sidmouth in Devon. It sounds like a random place to visit but my boyfriend actually had a interview there to gather some research for his dissertation. And as Sidmouth is a good four hours away from where we live, we thought we may as well make a weekend out of it! View Post
Although I don’t own my own house at the moment and still live with my parents, it doesn’t stop me thinking about the endless possibilities of decorating for when I do move out. I’ve even got to the point where I am starting to collect stuff for my new dream home… is that bad?! And one thing in particular that I seem to have gathered quite a collection of is prints.
When thinking about your health and wellbeing, sleep should be a factor right at the top of your list. While you are asleep, your body goes into what I like to consider as “repair mode” as it starts to recover from your day’s activity and recharge itself ready for the next day. It will start to heal any damaged cells and also boosts your immune system – hence why you might start to feel ill if you are not getting enough sleep. The importance of a good night’s sleep is invaluable to our health.
I’ve been to Greece a couple of times and experienced the amazing food. Everything about it I just love (maybe something to do with halloumi?), but I always knew that it would be difficult to find a place in England where I could find Greek food that tastes just as good as the real deal. So a couple of weekends ago when I went to London for my friend Julia’s birthday, she suggested we try The Real Greek, and oh my gosh were we glad we did!
