I hope you’re all enjoying my Christmas Jumper Edit series. So far we have had a Vintage Christmas Jumper and a festive work to drinks Christmas Jumper outfit. I’ve got another instalment today, with another really cute jumper from PrettyLittleThing. They are really working their Christmas Jumper collection this year – like have you seen how adorable they all are!
This outfit is all about styling Christmas Jumpers for the office. I guess I’m quite lucky in a sense that for my work I can dress really casually, so like jeans and a tee most days. Although for meetings I obviously smarten up a fair bit! But for a normal day in the office, I can usually wear whatever I fancy. So this outfit is based on a casual work dress-code. But hopefully, if your dress code is slightly more formal, you can find a way to dress this outfit up a bit. Perhaps lose the denim skirt for something like this and add a shirt collar under the jumper?
I’m all about comfort when it comes to my work outfits. So this PrettyLittleThing Christmas Jumper* fits the bill completely. With it being slightly cropped, it is perfect to style with anything high waisted. So I have paired it with my trusty Asos denim skirt. As it is a slogan jumper, you don’t want to go overboard with the accessories, so a simple belt will suffice! Then paired with my favourite boots of the year – these gorgeous patent heeled beauties. These go with just about anything and end up transforming an outfit to make it look a little bit less casual.
Sleigh ma name, sleigh ma name
I also need to talk about it being in reference to a Destiny’s Child song. Like, who wouldn’t love a Christmas jumper that features some sort of sass! The ‘Sleigh ma name’ slogan is the best thing ever and the thing that completely drew me to the jumper straight away. I think this makes it quite different to most of the other Christmas jumpers I have seen around as it isn’t the same kind of festive slogan you see featured on about 100 other jumpers.
