Admittedly I don’t have the biggest Charlotte Tilbury collection. But I do however have a few key pieces that I absolutely cannot live without. These are the products I love having in my makeup collection and wear almost every day!
I know this is a bit of a cheat as it is kind of multiple products in one, but I cannot emphasise enough how useful it has been. I took this palette away on holiday and it was an absolutely lifesaver. With three beautiful eyeshadow shades, you can go from day to night super easily.
It also has the most beautiful bronzer and highlighter combo – these are my two faves from the palette. I kind of wish the sizes were a little bigger as I can definitely see myself running out of bronzer soon!
Then finally it has two blush shades: a pink and a more bronzey shade. I tend not to use the latter very often, however it is a good option if you want a more defined blush look. Like for a night out or something.
It costs £49, which is a hefty investment, but it is totally worth it. For the amount of shades you get, and the quality of the products, I couldn’t recommend it enough. It is just so handy for travelling, and also for getting ready for work in record time!
I feel like not many people know just how good this mascara is as there are so many other products from the range that steal the limelight. But this mascara does everything you want it to do to your lashes, without clumping them up. It lengthens, it adds volume, it defines and also gives a good amount of curl. So basically it is perfect.
However, you do need to be aware that the first few days of using it aren’t the best – but don’t give up hope! I think when you get a new tube, the mascara is a little runny and doesn’t do too much for your lashes. But I promise, that a few days in is where it all starts! Once it has thickened up from a few uses, you lashes will be transformed by this mascara. Totally worth the £23 price tag.
I know that Pillowtalk is one of the more iconic shades, but I think that Nude Kate is one of the most perfect everyday nude lipstick shades. In the lipkit with the lipliner you can create a really easy lip look that goes with just about any makeup look.
It is a very pale nude so I’m not too sure if it will really suit all skin tones. But I know that on the Charlotte Tilbury website you can see it on different skin tones, so it is worth checking it out on there.
The lipliner in Iconic Nude is slightly darker than the lipstick shades so it works so well for giving your lips a really defined outline. My lips are naturally very pale so this really helps give them some shape.
This is one of my favourite lipsticks ever. I was on a mission to find the perfect pale pink lipstick and this is definitely it. I was in the Charlotte Tilbury shop in Covent Garden, swatched this shade on my hand and instantly fell in love. So Hannah very kindly got it for me for my birthday.
The formula of the lipsticks is so dreamy. This one is from the Hot Lips range and feels super smooth and hydrating to apply. The shade also lasts a good few hours before it needs reapplying – which is a miracle considering lighter shades tend to need regular applications to keep up the colour.
Plus how gorgeous is the packaging?! It has pride of place on my dressing table!
As I mentioned earlier, I absolutely love the bronzer in the Instant Look in a Palette. So I am desperate to get my hands on the Film Star Bronze and Glow. The bronze shade is so perfect for my pale skin and I absolutely love the highlighter too.
I also really want to get the Colour Chameleon Eyeshadow Pencil in Champagne Diamonds. It has been specifically designed for blue eyes and looks an absolute dream! It is just so sparkly and really works to open up your eyes. I need it asap!
Finally, I have got to get my hands on Pillowtalk. I feel like this lipstick has been raved about by every blogger and their mum! It is such a perfect nude pink shade, and it is matte, which makes it even better!
I’m sure I could go on but I don’t think my bank account would be too happy!
