On the days that I am commuting into Central London, I have learnt that the journey there and back is never the most pleasant. Getting on a busy central line tube in the early mornings is definitely not fun. But I have put together a few absolute essentials that can make the journey that little bit more bearable.
Contactless Watch Strap*
Ok, so this is definitely at the top of my commuting essentials list - a contactless watch strap. No more faffing around and holding up everyone at the tube gate because you can’t find your Oyster card. You can just tap in and out with this bPay watch strap. I’m honestly obsessed with this because I can’t even tell you how many times I have lost my oyster card or accidentally left it at home… It makes my journeys a lot less
The bPay watch strap fits on the beautiful Adexe watches and comes in black with a selection of different buckle colours. If I am honest, I much prefer the watch strap being black as it means it doesn’t stain or get dirty - especially if you are using it for contactless payments on a regular basis.
KeepCup
In an effort to environmentally friendly, I have been regularly using my KeepCup. Not only does it save me money as it means I am making my own coffee at home in the mornings, but I am also saving so much in plastic waste. I would recommend to anyone commuting to pick one up because honestly, making your own coffee at home will save you both time and lots of £££.
Headphones
Admittedly, the pair of headphones in the photo
Popsocket
This is a new addition to my phone case but oh my gosh how it has changed my life. I have dropped my phone countless amounts of time because it is just too big for my hands! It makes it so much easier to hold my phone when commuting, and is also equally handy if you have downloaded something to watch on Netflix as you can use it to prop your phone up easily.
